Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Support clinical staff with administrative needs
  • Handle patient inquiries with care and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and scheduling software
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
